Overview
While polished and sealed concrete and epoxy coatings are extremely low-maintenance, some routine maintenance is recommended. Frequent dust mopping and damp mopping will keep the floors free of debris (auto-scrubbing is highly recommended, if possible). Polished concrete floors can be cleaned, re-guarded, and burnished semi-annually or annually based on the amount of foot traffic. Epoxy coatings can be sanded and re-topcoated as necessary. Routine maintenance will keep a high shine to the floors, providing a clean and professional look for your facility.
